  • Deliver materials only to the designated locations listed above
  • Every item delivered to the Circulation Table must have at least one flag attached
  • For unusual situations, attach a written note and deliver to the Circulation Librarian's mailbox
  • Retrieve flags from the tray on the Circulation Table and return to Processing
  • Check the Catalog Table regularly and transfer materials

Every item sent to Circulation must have one of the following STATUS codes:

  • LIB USE ONLY [u]
  • NEW BK TRANSIT [h]
  • IN LIBRARY [-]

Rush, Notify and Reserve Items

Immediately catalog, process and deliver all of these materials.
