Please make sure that all items are present in this kit before you leave the Circulation Desk. Once you leave the Circulation Desk, you will be responsible for any items missing from the kit.

This kit is checked out to you for three days. If you check this kit out on Monday, then it will be due on Thursday.

Remember: If you check out this kit on a Wednesday or Thursday, it will be due back on a Saturday or Sunday. If the library is closed on the due date, the kit will be due back the next day the library is open.

For each day you are late with the kit, you will be charged $1. If you do not return the kit five days after it is due, you will be charged a Replacement Fee of $223.23 plus a $20 Processing and Billing Fee.

All items in the kit must be present at check in. You cannot renew this kit.

Before turning in your camera, make sure to erase all files from the camera. To erase all files, follow these steps:

1. Turn on the Camera
2. Press the MENU button
3. Select MEDIA SETTINGS from the menu
4. Select FORMAT SD CARD
5. Select FILE
6. Select YES
