Please make sure that all items are present in this kit before you leave the Circulation Desk. Once you leave the Circulation Desk, you will be responsible for any items missing from the kit.

This kit is checked out to you for one day. If you check this kit out on Tuesday, then it will be due on Wednesday.

Remember: If you check out this kit on a Friday, it will be due back on a Saturday. If the library is closed on the due date, the kit will be due back the next day the library is open.

For each day you are late with the kit, you will be charged $1. If you do not return the kit five days after it is due, you will be charged a Replacement Fee of $172.98 plus a $20 Processing and Billing Fee.

All items in the kit must be present at check in. You cannot renew this kit.

DO NOT PLACE THIS KIT IN THE BOOKDROP!

Before turning in your camera, make sure to erase all files from the camera. To erase all files, follow these steps:

1. Press the Play button (blue triangle inside a blue square)
2. Press the MENU button
3. Use the selection wheel to highlight Erase… and then press the FUNC. SET button
4. Use the selection wheel to highlight Select All Images… and then press the FUNC. SET button
5. Use the selection wheel to highlight OK and then press the FUNC. SET button
