Faculty teaching classes at a distance site or online can take advantage of the same services available to distance students. In addition, the library offers the following services to faculty and adjuncts. For a full list of services the library offers go to Information for Faculty and Staff.
- Request Library Instruction for your class at your distance location. A librarian can work with you to customize library instruction best suited for your class. Some options include:
- Faculty members may place library or personal materials on Course Reserves. This service provides your students with access to books, videos, and articles. Besides placing a physical copy on an item in the library, some material is suitable to be placed on electronic reserves, such as articles and chapters of books.
- Faculty members may request any item not owned by the UH-System Libraries through Interlibrary Loan. These materials can be mailed to you or picked up at the UHD Library.
